18-Month Path to 21 Million Registrations
Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX are one company on Quantavex Core — shared AI, identity, compute, and an API gateway, built once. October 2026 to April 2028. The goal is activated users, returning users, and referrals. Registrations and monthly active users are counted apart.

We need the registrations, and paid users as well. Monthly active use is counted separately, with a provisional target of 20–30% of registered users active monthly, subject to retention evidence. Paid users are a target, not current revenue.
These are proposed targets, not current traction or guaranteed outcomes. The plan assumes execution begins in October 2026.

Quantavex Core
One stack. Zero redundant engineering.
Learning, entertainment, and commerce are products on the company infrastructure. They do not each fund a model layer, an identity system, a compute pool, or an API gateway.
Shared
Shared AI
One model layer for learning, entertainment, and commerce. Providers stay replaceable.
Shared
Identity
Authentication, roles, secrets, and audit logging sit in the company stack.
Shared
Compute
Sessions, media, and commerce jobs run on Quantavex compute, not on three clouds.
Shared
API gateway
One documented contract. A product team does not rebuild the company stack.
Product-led growth · nine moves
The product carries the next user.
01
ChatGPT speed
Instant first result
ChatGPT's public opening reached about a million people in five days because anyone could get a result immediately. Quantrion shows a readiness read, Vdoc a scene, ExoraX an inspect — before a long account wall.
02
Zoom link · Figma file
The result travels
ChatGPT answers, Zoom links, and Figma files recruited the next user. A score card, a scene, or an inspect is the invite. It moves without a post from the company.
03
A burst, not a drip
One open day
ChatGPT did not trickle out. One public opening, all three products usable the same day. Attention compounds when it arrives together.
04
Dropbox case
Two-sided referral
Dropbox gave the benefit to the person who invited and the person who joined, and the program became the growth engine. Extra practice, generation, or inspects on both sides.
05
Slack inside a team
Pull the group
Slack spread because one person brought the team. A student brings a batch. A creator brings a room. A merchant brings buyers. The invite lives inside the product.
06
ChatGPT API pattern
Embed outward
ChatGPT's API put the product inside other companies. Coaching institutes, studios, and merchants embed one Quantavex surface. Their audience arrives already in context.
07
Notion templates
Public artifact library
Notion templates and shared prompts were doors, not posts. Exam plans, worlds, and inspects anyone can open and run. Each artifact is a landing page with a use button.
08
The demo is the story
One repeatable sentence
ChatGPT's press line was the demo. One sentence a teacher, journalist, or founder can repeat. That sentence moves faster than a campaign.
09
Product-led growth
Second session, next day
The research record on product-led growth: the second session is the engine. First successful use, then a return within a day, then scale. Traffic without a second day does not become retained users.
Three phases · all three platforms
Across 18 months
Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX move in the same months. Extra spend waits for that product’s own gate.
Phase 01
0–6
Months
Open all three on one core
- Quantrion: one exam cohort, a readiness read, and a prompt to return the next day.
- Vdoc: one scene format. Generation stays inside a monthly cap.
- ExoraX: one category, from intent to a decision. Fulfilment is a 3PL instruction, not a fleet.
- Shared core: identity, data, a replaceable model layer, and the same events on every product.
Hire · Founder, and one full-stack engineer once the first result is defined.
Gate · Ten outsiders finish a first result on each product. Paid media stays small until a day-7 return is measured.
Phase 02
7–12
Months
Keep what people repeat
- All three keep shipping. Acquisition money goes only to a product with its own returning users.
- Quantrion deepens the exam set. Vdoc keeps one format. ExoraX stays in one category.
- Referrals, YouTube, and WhatsApp are tests. Ads stay a small experiment.
- Cost per activated user is written down from invoices, per product.
Hire · One generalist, on the product that passed its gate. Not the full six-seat chart.
Gate · At least one product has 200 activated people and a day-7 return of 15% or better. The others do not inherit that budget.
Phase 03
13–18
Months
Report the path against 21 million
- Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX still run together on the same core.
- Widen only the loop that retained people. Do not open a second exam, format, or category in the same month.
- Registrations, monthly active users, and retained users are reported separately.
- The stretch target remains 9 million ExoraX, 6 million Quantrion, 6 million Vdoc.
Hire · A growth seat only if a channel has a known cost per retained user.
Gate · Publish actuals against the 21 million target. A miss stays visible. It is not relabeled.
Assumptions
- Monographs are done and early prototypes can be opened. There is no significant revenue or user traction on the record.
- One shared core keeps the second and third products from becoming a second company. That core is in progress, not a finished platform.
- All three products are built in the same months. Acquisition spend still waits for each product’s own gate.
- The raise is ₹90 lakh to ₹1.5 crore. Equity, instrument, and valuation are not set. There is no measured monthly burn.
- 21 million registrations is the horizon to report against. It is not what this round purchases.
Risks
No one returns
Day-7 is a gate. Channels do not get more money until it is measured.
Three products, one founder
One engineer in phase 1. The other hires wait for a gate. Six seats stay open.
Vdoc generation cost
A monthly cloud cap. When it is spent, generation stops.
The stretch target is heard as a promise
It is labeled a target. Month 18 publishes the actual count beside it.
What this capital unlocks
Success at month 18 is a true count, on one stack.
- Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX are running on Quantavex Core, not on three separate stacks.
- Each product has a returning cohort, or a written decision to stay thin.
- Activation, day-7 return, MAU, and cost per activated user are known from the product, not from a pitch.
- Registrations are reported beside the 21 million target: ExoraX 9 million, Quantrion 6 million, Vdoc 6 million. The gap, if any, stays on the page.
What the build needs

Figure · first six months
Quantavex Core — Unified Software, AI & API Infrastructure
The first six months establish the shared technology foundation powering Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX. Quantavex Core connects AI models, application services, external APIs, cloud infrastructure, immersive technologies, and emerging decentralized systems through a secure, modular, and extensible architecture.
Strategic objective. Build once at the infrastructure layer, integrate across platforms, and scale capabilities without duplicating core engineering.

Infrastructure principles
The rules for the shared layers above. Quantavex Corporation builds that stack and pays for it.
One company pays
Quantavex Corporation carries the technical infrastructure of Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX, the office, the hires, and every other company cost.
Provider-agnostic
AI and model APIs, media APIs, and other external providers stay replaceable. A platform does not own a private provider bill.
API-first
API infrastructure and the developer platform are the contract between Quantavex Core and the three products.
Secure by design
Identity, authentication, encryption, secrets, and audit logging live in the company stack, not in three separate security programs.
Modular and extensible
Data, commerce, communication, AR and 3D, and later layers can be added without redesigning Quantavex Core.
Observable and cost-aware
Analytics tracks reliability, latency, and usage. Quantavex reads the cost because Quantavex pays it.
Production-led
Cloud, security review, and readiness gates decide what leaves the six-month plan and becomes a release.
Company account
Quantavex Corporation pays.
Quantavex is the infrastructure company. Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX are platforms on that company. They do not fund a separate stack, a separate office, or a separate payroll.
Technical infrastructure
Compute, APIs, models, media, data, identity, cloud, security, and observability — the shared layers — are one Quantavex cost for all three platforms.
Office
The place the company works from is a Quantavex cost.
People to hire
The six fields are Quantavex hires. Payroll sits with the corporation, not with a product.
Every other company cost
Legal, operations, and the rest of running the corporation are company costs. This is the operating model, not a published burn rate.

How the company runs it
- 01
One company account
Quantavex Corporation pays technical infrastructure, office, hires, and company cost for Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX. The platforms do not each open a company.
- 02
Stand Quantavex Core
System architecture first, then the shared foundation the three platforms call. Built once, used by learning, entertainment, and commerce.
- 03
Open the shared layers
API infrastructure, AI and model APIs, media, data, identity, commerce, and communication follow the six-month gate. Each step is a planned milestone, not a live integration.
- 04
Hold security and the cloud
Cloud and DevOps, security and governance, and observability sit with Quantavex. Reliability, latency, and the bill are read in one place.
- 05
Give the platforms a developer platform
Conventions, an internal SDK, documentation, and templates so a product team does not rebuild the company stack.
- 06
Hire on the corporation
The six seats to hire — customer psychology and human resources, finance and economics, AI and data science, media and content, sales and digital marketing, and product and business strategy — are Quantavex seats. The company pays them. They are not a team already in place.
- 07
Then the 18-month horizon
Month 6 is the first production gate. The company target remains 21 million registrations by April 2028 — 9 million on ExoraX, 6 million on Quantrion, and 6 million on Vdoc. A stretch goal, not a live cohort.
Where it runs · six channels

Constraints
- Target, not telemetry. Twenty-one million registrations by April 2028 is the stretch target: 9 million on ExoraX, 6 million on Quantrion, and 6 million on Vdoc. The six-month clock is the first window.
- One company pays. Quantavex Corporation carries technical infrastructure, office, hires, and company cost for Quantrion, Vdoc, and ExoraX.
- Founder-led. Udit Gour builds this. The six fields above are hires — not a team already in place.
- India first as market. Build is simultaneous. Geography expansion remains a later plan.
- Terms stay private. Write through Contact. This page is the operating program.
